H&S UF6136 - 36' Ultra-Flex Merger

Introducing the NEW triple-head merger from H&S!

The UF6136 ULTRA-FLEX is a triple-head merger with 36’ of continuous working width and three 12’ heads. It’s ISOBUS ready with Aux-N capabilities, features a 42” cross conveyor belt (the widest in the industry), a self-contained hydraulic system so no tractor remotes are needed, and a patent pending self-contained steering system.

What sets the ULTRA-FLEX apart from the competition, is the capacity it can handle. This merger is designed to handle extreme conditions, and it’s ideal for the custom operator or large dairy farm making 35′ triple-mower cuts in extreme terrain that needs to move a lot of material in a short amount of time.

Other features include the patented SOFT-SHOE suspension system that wears the field as little as possible and extends skid shoe life, a patented center cam/center drive system, and heavy-duty 385/65 x 22.5 radial tires that don’t scuff in the field.
