We are a dynamic employer looking for a Mobile Technician to join our team. This person will work in the Lindsay/Sunderland area, will be provided a Mobile Service Truck to support the role. This position works Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday. You are an experienced and skilled Technician responsible for inspecting machinery and conducting preventative maintenance and repairs, based on a strong working knowledge of farm and construction machinery, diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic systems. You will execute basic care, diagnose problems and plan and execute repairs, ordering necessary parts and supplies as required. You will make recommendations to the Service Manager based upon observed problems and or practical maintenance requirements. Customer focus and care, effective communicator, dependable, able to work on a team are all core competencies we are looking for.

We keep our customers running with rentals while their equipment is repaired or maintained on-site or in-shop so they experience reduced downtime.

Candidates for this position MUST have the following:

• Minimum 5 years experience in heavy or Agriculture industry as a Technician with experience performing onsite repairs.
• Red seal accreditation, 421A heavy duty equipment Technician or 425A Agriculture Equipment Technician
• Valid driver's license, z endorsement preferred or willing to train for z endorsement within 3 months of hire
• New Holland training-Level 1 to be completed within 6 monhts of hire
• Must complete professional training in 3 product groups with one minimum product group that includes an engine component.
• Working towards completion of Master Technician training by end of first year of hire.

In addition, you are willing to train, work well with others and have the ability to work overtime as required.
