Title: Parts Counter Salesperson
Location: Campbellford
Reporting to: The Parts Manager
As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you’ll be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to our customers. You’ll be expected to sell, order, and stock parts for a busy farm, construction, and residential dealership.
Your success will be tracked by set sales goals.
Previous parts experience is an asset. Monday to Friday and every third Saturday.

Manage inventory and collect the correct information needed to sell/order parts and place special orders when required
Establish rapport with customers and offer consistently high levels of customer service in-person, over the phone, or by email
Cooperate with and support the service and sales teams
Provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, applications, and warranties
Assist the general manager in resolving inventory discrepancies between the computer and actual parts on hand, including inventory counts
Research online and print catalogues and source from our internal inventory, ordering system, or other means as necessary
Maintain a working knowledge of seasonal requirements for parts
Stay up to date on recalls and obsolete parts
Know and offer seasonal sales specials
Organize delivery to customers
Occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
Drive a forklift (training will be provided)
Stay up-to-date on product information by attending manufacturer product knowledge sessions
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
